Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Tester to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and test products offered through FlexShopper.com to ensure they meet quality, usability, and performance standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Test a wide range of consumer products (electronics, furniture, appliances, etc.) for functionality, durability, and safety.
• Document findings and provide clear feedback on product quality and usability.
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with product managers, quality assurance, and vendor teams to improve product standards.
• Provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience based on product performance.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow testing procedures and accurately record results.
• Basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics and household products preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a similar role is a plus.
